Luxurious apartments, where you feel at home! Very cozy and as comfortable as possible. The house has everything from oil, sugar, various coffee and spices, to shampoos and a first aid kit. Special thanks for the cold water and beer, and a full freezer of ice. Washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, dishes - everything is available for a comfortable stay. You can feel that the house is furnished with love. A huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the bay. It's great to relax with children - there are a lot of board games in the house, and there are a lot of interesting details in the interior But the best thing about this house is the owner! Surprisingly friendly and responsive. We got caught in a taxi drivers' strike and spent an hour trying to get home from Athens. They called the owner of the house, and he came to pick us up, driving 45 km back and forth. A perfect place for a family vacation! The owner of the house is a wonderful person who takes care of his guests. We will definitely return to this house again

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

I have to say that this is the most wonderful Airbnb stays we have had yet. Graciousness is the key word for Efi and her family, who greeted us at the door, gave a tour of the house, had the refrigerator and counter filled with welcome foods and drinks, even wine-- We toasted her and the family. The house is immaculate, and has tremendous "wow factor," enough to impress my teens! The home is comfortable, modern, cool, light, well-maintained, and again, Efi is a kind, welcoming and accomidating host. I cannot say enough good things about her, or her wonderful house. You cannot go wrong booking with her.

The accommodation and especially the view are really incredibly beautiful! We had a very pleasant time there. We were warmly welcomed by the host's parents, who live in a lower area. Unfortunately, neither of them spoke any English, which made communication very difficult. We wanted to inquire if a restaurant was still open nearby, as we arrived at 11 pm due to our late flight and were very hungry. Unfortunately, the language barrier was too great. We then tried to find an open restaurant or at least a vending machine in the area, we drove around Porto Ennia in our car, but unfortunately everything was already closed and we had to go to bed hungry. Otherwise, we have only had positive experiences. The air conditioning works really well and we were also totally thrilled with the beach, which we almost always had to ourselves. Gladly again! :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kostis’ Mediterranean-style villa in Nea Makri. The home and property were absolutely beautiful—charming, spacious, and surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Kostis’ lovely mother greeted us with such warmth, which made the experience even more special. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or unwinding after a day of exploring, it truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful house on the Saronida hills with beautiful sea views and sunset views. Great for a large group of people. Rooms were plenty, spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Only thing is that it’s not very walkable and very far from Athens city centre, but we didn’t have much trouble getting a taxi (using freenow). Close to some good restaurants and groceries although not walkable. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!

The villa was really wonderful for our holiday, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. It was spotless all rooms, convenient location with easy parking in a quiet area. The pool and outdoor space delighted the whole group!! The host helped us instantly with any questions we had!!

The House was Perfect for a group of 9 Girls and Krassy was a Great Host. Commuting to the City (with Traffic which occurs mostly) via Taxi (which is very cheap) takes up to 40 Minutes but Beach area and Beach Clubs are super close to the House, which is why the Location is the Perfect Spot to have it Both: sightseeing in the City and Beaching! Thanks, we can fully recommend and would be happy to be back soon!

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Our family of four (two teenage daughters) enjoyed our stay tremendously. Hot temps but the air conditioners worked very well and fast. Very clean and comfy beds. So much space. Details to consider... elevator doesn't go to the top floor with the master bed/bath. Nightclub across the street at the end of the block, must not run consistently website says Friday and Saturday but only Friday for us. The bass was loud and foot traffic late. Mature trees surround the house so expect bird nose in the morning. We found the bathroom space ample. Large shower room on the pool floor, a full wet bathroom on the first floor, main floor has a powder room, another full bath with separate enclosed shower on the top floor. Great wifi and smart TVs. Pool was larger and deeper than we expected, wonderful! Ate at a lovely dumpling place nearby and numerous restaurants within blocks I wish we could have dined at. Mini markets and food carts super close. Metro about 4 blocks. We'd absolutely stay again!

George was Fantastic!

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s castle which was beautifully appointed and accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 10 children age range 13 down to 9 months. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful with lovely beaches close by and swimming off the rocks below the villa a pleasure. Good tavernas close by. Michael was a wonderful attentive host. All in all a bit of paradise.

Agapi’s place was amazing!!! Everything was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and Agapi greeted us upon arrival to show us around the house. She even took us around the town in her car since we didn’t have a rental!! Be aware the driveway is very steep and hard to get large cars in and out. Other than that, the pool and the views were amazing. Totally worth every penny! Highly recommend this place. I hope to be back again very soon. Thank you Agapi🫶🏼

Amazing villa with super hosts. The rooms are very big and comfortable. the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is awesome. Vasilis and Kassi were great hosts and we're always available for us. Will definitely come back

The villa is amazing and the host Marika is more than welcoming! We arrived late at night and she waited for us with snacks in case we were hungry. She gave us great directions for beach and restaurants. The house is driving distance to beach, not walking. But the beach is one of the best I have tried. Beach clubs and beautiful sand beach. I’m coming back!

We truly enjoyed the house and location.

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

Wonderful property. Well equipped and lacked nothing. We were a family of 8 so plenty of space with the 6 bedrooms. The property was very clean. Roselyn the co host met us at the property and waited as our flight was delayed so didnt get there till after 10.30pm. She gave us a tour and showed us how everything worked and where everything was located. Lots of communication before we arrived including maps and directions which was really helpful. Even sent texts during our stay to check how we were doing. Although the beach is just a couple of hundred yards away, I would recommend getting a hire car to get around as shops and restaurants are a short drive away. All in all we had an amazing holiday, the hosts were amazing. Athens does have mosquitos so be prepared for that (we were warned before hand as well) but many countries have them so it was no big deal. Pool was nice and we used the built in BBQ in the patio area which was also an enjoyable feature. Highly Recommended. Thanks x

Great property, located on a hillside with amazing views. Out of the way of the main roads and town. Perfect stay for our Ironman race. Would reccomend to anyone doing the race in marathon.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

We made the gender disclosure of our baby with families and best men. Great location, beautiful views , greenery peace and quiet !! We were comfortable in terms of noise (due to children). Very helpful host, lived next door and always discreetly asked if we were ok and we needed something!!! Perfect for large groups!!

Wow! I have no words to describe Vasiliki, she is absolutely exceptional! She cooked a full 3 course meal for us when we arrived, she set a table for dinner, there was lemonade, wine, water she thought of everything. Generally around the house Vasiliki thought of everything, nothing was missing. The house itself is amazing, personally I don’t think the pictures do it justice, you cannot capture the beauty and the attention to detail Vasiliki has paid to it. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to wildfire in Varnavas but we will definitely be back and I cannot wait to see Vasiliki again. Beautiful lady, beautiful house and very soon the nature will regenerate itself and the surroundings will be beautiful again! Take care of yourself Vasiliki ♥️
