Holiday rentals in Nea Poteidaia

We stayed with 4 people at this nice house and felt really welcomed. The house has everything we expected and the pool was great after a long day out exploring the area. The GYM was for free and a nice touch. We would certainly come back.

The apartment and most of all the view were even better than the pictures. Simply breathtaking. The apartment is 5-6 minutes away by car from the centre of Nea Potidea where the restaurants and shops are, but that makes the place even more secluded and peaceful. The bar shown on the pictures doesn’t work in September, which was a pity, but the central beach was not bad at all. There was no fee to sit down under an umbrella with two sun-beds and most of the places had 5-6 euro minimum consumption (one beer). Our host Despina was wonderful to communicate with, she gave us clear and proactive instructions how to find the apartment, get in and check out. For some reason we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work, but as we don’t use one at home either we just washed everything by hand. There were lots of clean towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc. The kitchen had salt, sugar, spices, coffee filters and there was even bottles of water left for us in the fridge. 100% would recommend ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and shops. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The host was friendly and always available to help. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful holiday at this seaside house, and we couldn’t be happier! The property is cozy and fully equipped, perfect for a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, with stunning beaches just a few steps away: fine sand and crystal-clear water, a true paradise! A big plus is definitely the host, always available and friendly, ready to assist with anything we needed and offering great advice on places to visit nearby. Thanks to their kindness, we truly felt at home. We came back with unforgettable memories, and we would love to repeat the experience. We will definitely return!

Anastasia and Kostas were very kind to us dırinf our stay in their home. We felt like a member of the family. Anastasia made some wonderfull Greek dishes for us. Home was very clean and everything necessary was supplied by the owner. There is a nice beach close to the property and market , restaurants are 5 min. away by car. Overall it is a place for a wonderfull family vacation. Thanks for everything

Alexandros and his mother were extremely friendly and friendly. Although our check-in time was 2pm, they were flexible stating that we could arrive early. Alexandros responded to my messages quickly. The house was easy to find and only 1 minute walk to the sea. The house was extremely clean and tidy, and the interior was thoughtfully furnished with Johanna's handmade items. When we arrived they gave a gift of hand made by Johanna, they were very thoughtful. In addition, everything was considered in the house, including kitchen equipment, various kinds of shampoos in the bathroom, hair dryers, propeller and air conditioning, chairs needed for the sea and 2 umbrellas. It will only be enough to pack and come. On the other hand, there were drinks,etc. in the fridge for newcomers,etc. The various homemade jams were carefully prepared by Johanna and it was delicious. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The sea was calm and warm. We plan to come again for a longer holiday.

The apartment is as described and seen in the photos. Nick personally welcomed us and showed us everything. We didn't use the light show, it was more comfortable for us to sit in the dark :-D What was not available were somehow spices from previous guests. Except for salt, nothing was there, but we've had that a few times and were prepared for it. The location is of course absolutely amazing, whether in the morning at breakfast or in the evening with a glass of wine, you always have a view of the sea! We were there very late in the year and so a lot was already closed, but all the more quiet. We enjoyed the stay and would book there again.

One of the best functioning apartments i've ever been in Greece. It's not too usual that everything just works. It was November, but the heating worked like a charm. Also plus for the great water pressure and big hot water supply. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking basically anything. I worked remotely for the week we stayed, internet connection was stable and fast enough for video conferencing. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the sun setting behind olympos mountain was just stunning every evening.
