The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. ”VACATION HOUSE” has three self-contained fully equipped apartments. All three have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. All apartments have their own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water 24 hours a day. Within the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees.

Beachfront Apartment

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. A comfortable, family apartment located near a beach in Halkidiki and has all the necessary amenities that can make your stay a real pleasure. The place has a single loft with a double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. There are also two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a hot tub, as well as a spacious kitchen.

Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

It is located at the center of Chalkidiki which is the ideal place to explore both the peninsulas of Chalkidiki and discover the most beautifull beaches.
