Close to Gerovassiliou (wine house), airport (15min), boat to the city centre in summer (45min). For a small fee we can pick you up from the airport.

Το κατάλυμα μας υπάγεται στον νόμο ΠΟΛ1187/2017 με θέμα (βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση ακινήτων) Μετά την πραγματοποίηση τις κράτησης σας θα σας ζητηθεί ο ΑΦΜ σας για την δήλωση τις διαμονής σας στην ΑΑΔΕ και μια φωτογραφία της ταυτότητας σας . Το διαμερισμα βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό και ήσυχο σημείο της Θεσσαλονίκης, προσφέροντας την δυνατότητα χαλάρωσης αλλά και την εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα, χώρους εστίασης, νυχτερινή διασκέδαση αλλά και στην εμπορική αγορά. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση. Ιδανικό για να νιώσετε άνετα και να χαλαρώσετε μετά την περιήγηση σας στην πόλη. Αποτελείται από μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι, μια σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα και ένα μπάνιο .

Daphne's home

The house is located in the area of Kalamaria (20 minutes from the center by bus). It's on the ground floor and has a quiet courtyard overlooking an open space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine, a large living room and two spacious bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people (one double bed and 2 single beds). The apartment building is small and I live two floors up for anything you need.

No private parking, but free street parking is usually available nearby. Ideal for exploring the city on foot while enjoying a peaceful stay.

The studio is located at the center of the town and is 10 mins from the airport. Best suited for couples, business travelers, and friends. Additionally, if you are looking for a safer parking spot, you can use the house's covered parking with an extra cost upon request.
