Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Necker, Paris

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

Impeccable, très pratique pour un séjour en nombre. Hôte très disponible et sympathique, emplacement pratique, très proche Paris dans un quartier calme et agréable. Conseil aux futurs hôtes : ne ratez pas l'excellente pizzeria à proximité "Piccola Calabria" !

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Sandrine ha sido perfecta. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar, y el alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Todo estaba tal como se describe, y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudar!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était conforme à la description et très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu.

We enjoyed staying at the location. Very close to public transportation. We greatly enjoyed small neighborhood feel and absolutely loved restaurants in the neighborhood.

Hote très sympathique, les services proposés sont tres satisfaisant, le logement est certes petit mais fonctionneel et nous a convenu parfaitement pour la nuit que nous y avons passé, environnement calme

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Marie-Bénédicte! Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, in der man alles vorfindet, was man braucht, ein Pool, der ein bisschen Erholung nach der anstrengenden Stadtbesichtigung bietet und eine liebevolle Betreuung durch exzellente Gastgeber (jederzeit ansprechbar, ein gefüllter Kühlschrank) - da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Lieben Dank, liebe Marie-Bénédicte, wir haben alles an deinem cosy Ferienhäuschen geliebt, und wenn wir je nach Paris zurückkehren, dann muss es ein Aufenthalt bei dir sein. Liebe Grüße Claudia

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

I loved my stay at Khadija's place! It was the perfect size for me, and I absolutely adored the view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony (or bed). The neighborhood was safe and walkable, with tons of fun stuff to do nearby. I can't WAIT to return to Paris and will definitely be reserving Khadija's apartment again when I do. Thank you so much for letting me stay in your cute, clean, nicely-appointed, and quiet place, Khadija!!! You're a great host!

Laurie’s place is exactly as described. Clean, with amenities listed, close to many restaurants and cafes. Very conveniently located to several metro lines. Laurie is a very responsive and helpful host.

What an amazing experience. The apartment is in the middle of everything. Incredible access to the most sought after sites in Paris. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. All the amenities you could possibly want. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

What a fantastic host and property- the location was excellent, the 14th truly is a village within Paris. Beatrice was so helpful and her little apartment was the perfect base for us as we enjoyed Paris.

我要感謝Abida的友善、親切，提供了我很棒的住宿環境，完全像是住在家裡！ 住宿位置很棒，距離鐵塔等景點步行可到，搭車也很方便，可以在半小時內抵達所有你想去的地方；住宿附近有超市、餐廳，生活便利，住宿位於安靜、美好的社區，進出有門禁管制，安全性佳，環境鬧中取靜。 住宿的房間很乾淨，沙發床很好睡，每天都能深度睡眠，通風性佳，高樓層風景好，打開窗戶就能享受天氣，每天都能在大窗戶的陽光中起來；淋浴間很乾淨，毛巾、衛生紙、吹風機一應俱全，唯一缺點是廁所（馬桶）本身在走廊上的小房間，但不影響整體便利性。 廚房部分很乾淨，杯盤、餐具都有，Abida也提供了膠囊咖啡機、咖啡膠囊、即溶咖啡、水果、氣泡水、果汁等，冰箱裡的優格很好吃，令人驚艷。 我在抵達之前就與Abida聯繫上，他回覆即時、態度友善，抵達後也帶著我認識環境，並邀請我離開前與他共飲香檳，雖然因為時間安排我無法赴約，但仍因為他的熱情獲得滿滿感動。 我在巴黎待了9天，在這裡的8個晚上感覺美好，尤其價格實惠，性價比非常高，若我再來巴黎，一定會毫不猶豫選擇再度入住。 我建議獨自旅行的人可以毫不猶豫的選擇居住，若是兩人居住可能會偏小一些，但仍是非常夠用。 最後要感謝Abida，讓我在巴黎有像家的感覺，絕對是最美好的一次深度旅遊。
