Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Necker, Paris

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Berenger’s place is an absolute gem. Beautiful area, roof top garden, lots of attention to detail in the apartment itself. Coffee every morning in the garden was a delight. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Paris. The bed was fabulous!!!!!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Beautiful apartment - super tasteful furnishings and I loved the plants. Theo was also really responsive and helpful. It was really hot when we were staying, but there was a fan which helped at night. Would recommend.

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

In addition to being very well located, the apartment has a balcony with a panoramic view. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decoration is neat, and the neighborhood is simply perfect. Don't hesitate!

François was a great host who always responded reliably and quickly to messages. The AirBnB is just as beautiful as the pictures. There is everything you need for a multi-day stay in Paris and the nearest metro station is less than a minute away, so all the attractions can be reached quickly. You will also find very good restaurants in the area and not only visited by tourists. So we felt very comfortable overall and would highly recommend François's place at any time.

We had a great time in Paris. The apartment was perfect for the three of us. Everything was compact and easy to use. The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to the Eiffel tower. Although a bit longer, we also easily walked to Jardin du Luxembourg and Musée de l'orangerie. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, cafés and boulangeries in the area. The metro is also conveniently located within steps of the apartment. Huong was a great host, she communicated clearly and answered all of my questions very promptly. Her apartment was clean and well equipped. Thank you for a lovely stay in Paris.

Ana's accommodation is centrally located and yet very quiet. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance, as are many restaurants, bistros, cafés or bakeries. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Ana is a wonderful host, fast communication, very friendly and flexible. We will be happy to come back anytime and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Great place to stay with our Family of 9. All you need is there. Close to the train station to Paris center.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, very well equipped, good beds, modern kitchen and nice host, quick to answer

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in France. The place is very spacious and clean, perfect for our big family. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, grocery stores, and shops. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always making sure we had what we needed. Highly recommended!
