Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating, AC unit and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment in a fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away.
