The cottage is beautifully located next to Klarälven. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, begins near the house. A five-minute drive takes you to a small swimming pool with an associated beach and jetty. It takes 25 minutes to get to Branäs ski resort and an hour's drive to Långberget, with both fine hiking trails and ski trails. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was erected in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the farm.

Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Perfect accommodation for the whole family both summer and winter as the surroundings have much to offer of skiing, cycling, hiking, paddling or maybe just enjoy the warmth of the calm.

Here you are close to swimming, fishing, hiking and skiing. In 20 minutes you reach Branäs and in 50 minutes Långberget.
