The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Halfway between Gap and Tallard, come and discover this small chalet in absolute calm. The window overlooks a field with a forest. An equipped kitchenette, with the necessary items included for breakfast (eggs from our chickens), will allow you to prepare meals to enjoy on your porch or on our beautiful terrace a little further away offering magnificent views of the entire valley. Beautiful terrace with barbecue. (No dining room). It is also suitable for people traveling on business. To rest in peace after a day of work. Large parking lot, no parking problems, van accepted.
