Holiday rentals with beach access in Neoi Epivates

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night: I would have liked to spend more time in the apartment or on the balcony. The sea view was great. Everything was as described, cozy and we felt very welcome. The location was quiet and parking was easy. The communication with Patroklos was fantastic. We'd love to come back!

We had a really nice stay. The place is a few meters from the beach and restaurants. It is clean and perfect for 1-2 people. The host and his family was super nice and welcoming. We even got some vine and could try the host’s home made pastitsio which was delicious. 😊 Thank you for the memories!!

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very brightly decorated and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I absolutely loved. The pool not only invites you to splash but also linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden is a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is unblocked. This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

Great location, very close to the beach and to the bus station. Has all you need close to the location such as stores coffee shop. The host was very represive and helpful. Recommend!

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! It is a very nice apartment, which is super centrally located at the white tower. The curtains and shutters are an advantage, although fortunately we did not have direct sunlight during our stay, which is a great advantage in hot Thessaloniki. We enjoyed it very much. Of course, there is also air conditioning. And Παυλος is a great host, always available and he wants to fulfill every wish. 🥰

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

It is a nice comfortable flat, and the added value is the parking lot for the car. Highly recommended!
