Modern studio close to sea in Snarøya

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury.

Gåavstand til badestrender (800 m) . Gåavstand til kjøpesenter (800 m) Det er kupert, nedover til brygge og badestrender.

Gjestehus på 60kvm med spektakulær vestvendt panoramautsikt utover Oslofjorden. Her kan du oppleve landlige og rolige omgivelser kun en kort båttur unna Aker Brygge, Oslo (23 minutter). Gjestehuset ligger 5 minutter gange fra Nesoddtangen fergeleie. Moderne kjøkken og bad. Umiddelbar nærhet til strand, daglivarebutikker og kollektivtransport. Stor terrasse, avskjermet plen, store åpne friområder både foran og bak gjestehuset. Hovedhuset ligger ved siden av. Vi er tilgjengelig ved behov.

Koselig liten leilighet med separat soverom

På tuppen av Nesodden. I umiddelbar nærhet (4 min. gange) til Nesoddtangen Brygge/Nesoddbåten - som bruker 23 minutter til Aker Brygge i Oslo. 8 minutter med hurtigbåt til Lysaker i Bærum. Ett minutt å gå til badestrand. Utsikt til sjøen. Nyoppusset, det meste er nytt. Hyggelig uteplass. Egen parkering med ladeplass for elbil. God restaurant og bakeri ved Nesoddtangen brygge. I tillegg til soverom med dobbeltseng er det en god sovesofa i stuen. Kyststi forbi eiendommen. Ofte rådyr i hagen.

The Garden apartment

A self contained apartment on the ground floor of the main house which was finished in 2019. The apartment has a bespoke interior which includes a kitchen and bathroom. The space has one generous king-size bed, a daybed and a single pullout matress. The accommodation is located on the peaceful Nesodden peninsula with a 5 minute walk to the beach along quiet paths or a quick ferry ride to Akerbrygge, the heart of Oslo. Shops restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.

Cabin with a view

The cabin is a part of a half acre large property "Krislund", situated in a quiet place, 200 m from the beach, in an area with old houses and large gardens. View towards Oslo. The ferry to Oslo goes regulary from the tip of Nesodden, 20 min walk. 25 min drive to the amusementpark "Tusenfryd". We live in the mainhouse of the property. Optimal for two persons, possible with four. (The loft-bed is a bit claustrophobic dough fully sized)

Det lille huset

Frittliggende lite hus i hage i et populært villaområde på Oksval, Nesodden. Mindre enn ti minutters gange til bussholdeplass med matebuss til Nesoddbåten. Nesoddbåten går til Aker brygge og tar ca. 22 minutter. Kort vei til Oksval badestrand, og kyststien. Gangavstand til Hellviktangen med cafe og konsertscene og galleri. Nær Sunnaas sykehus. (Det er ildsted i huset, men det er foreløpig bruksforbud fra brannvesenet.)

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.

Studio appartment in an annex separate from the main house. Great fjord views towards Oslo. Main room with double bed, comfortable armchair and equipped kitchen area with dining table. Bathroom with shower. Wifi. Five minutes walk to nearby swimming spots. Five minutes walk to bus and 45 min travel time to central Oslo (Aker brygge).

Hyggelig og supersentral hybel

Hjertelig velkommen til en nyoppført og lys hybel 6 minutters busstur fra fergeleiet og rett bak Tangen kjøpesenter. Mer praktisk og sentralt blir det ikke her på halvøya! Har du bil, må du gjerne parkere her. Jeg bor i huset selv, og vi deler yttergang. Fra gangen er det en dør til hybelen, og en til min del av huset.
