Villa Wold, at the foot of the Kirketaket

Spacious, atrium-shaped single-family home on one level (278 sqm). The residence encircles a large and undisturbed south-facing garden. The plot sits on a hillside on the edge of a construction field and is enthroned over the forest. The garden has large terraces, gas grill, table tennis table, trampoline, plants and berry bushes. The house consists of a well-equipped kitchen with its own large kitchen, two living rooms and a trim room. Bathtub, three showers and three toilets. Tv and internet. Several of Romsdalen's most popular top tours and cross country trails start outside the house door.

Large villa centrally located at Kleive, only 17 minutes from Molde city center. Amazing views of fjords and mountains. Only 4 min. to walk to swimming area by the sea. 5 min. to SNR, Moldes new hospital at Hjelset. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The house has a hot tub inside and outside. In addition, we have pool table outside under the canopy, darts, basketball court and small artificial grass field for football. Playground just below the house, and grocery store just 50 meters away. The garage is private, so parking is out in the driveway or in the street.

Great room with large, shared common area. Nice view.

The room is located on the ground floor of a large log house. Homeowner lives up. There are three rental rooms downstairs that share the kitchen, two bathrooms and living spaces. If you are many, you can rent several rooms at the same time. Great view over Langfjorden towards Molde from the house. There is a short way to the sea and great beaches-1-3 km. Great mountains in the immediate vicinity, with the rest roof stairs and Mardølafossen nearby. The house is built in 2009 and has waterborne heating and all amenities. 55 km to Molde- 25 km to Sunndalsøra.

Idyllic cabin for relaxation near the sea

Cozy cabin with panoramic views by Surnadalsfjorden. Located 2.7 km outside the Surnadalsøra. Large terrace with great views to the fjord and there is a nice patio under the terrace if the weather is bad. Nice fishing opportunities in the fjord and short distance to the salmon river Surna. Surnadal has a nice lime beach with swimming opportunities for small and large. Nice hiking opportunities and short distance to Trollheimen for mountain hikes. There is also a golf course in Surnadal. In winter it is a short distance to the alpine slope with elevator.

The tiny house by the woods

Hear the birds singing in the forest outside while sitting in the large window drinking your morning coffee and studying the rum valley mountains. The tiny house is centrally located, but undisturbed, on the outskirts of a forest in the center of Isfjorden. Spend your ski outside the door and walk on some of Romsdalen's most famous mountains. Or sit on the couch and look at Romsdalseggen you walked earlier in the day. The tiny house has a small and functionally equipped apartment kitchen (fridge and two hobs) that you can cook simple dishes on.

Warm and cozy single-family home "nearby"

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to many good hiking trails, playgrounds and sports facilities. Short drive to magnificent nature experiences both by the sea and in the mountains. Single-family home over the 3rd floors. Large parking space and nice outdoor area with several terraces and flats. Basement with own entrance is disposed of by other tenants. The cat also lives here and will be happy to keep you company. Always let it out when you leave the house and at night.

Modern cottage on a lookout plot.

Great Saltdal hut from 2020 on the viewpoint. Nice outdoor area with hot tub that can fit 8 pcs. The cabin is located between Eidsvåg and Eresfjord, at Vikahammaren cabin area at Boggestranda, about 50 minutes from Molde and Årø Airport. It is possible to drive all the way up to the cabin with spacious car parking space. The cabin is close to great Eresfjord where there are opportunities for both swimming and fishing. There are great hiking experiences in nearby areas for the whole family and for the adventurous.

Holiday house in Isfjorden with panoramic views !

Located in a beautiful location on Kavli in the Ice fjord with a panoramic view of the Vengetindene , Romsdalshorn and Romsdalseggen. Perfect starting point for mountain hiking and skiing summer and winter , with blah Kirketaket which is one of the most popular peaks. Famous attractions like Trollstigen and Trollveggen are only a short drive away. We would also recommend the romsdals gondola with newly opened restaurant at the top of the nesakskla.

Apartment on agricultural property engaged in milk production. Cows and calves go grazing around the farm. The property has a long shoreline and swimming facilities. Gazebo in the garden. Seat house one hour away. Lovely view of fjords and mountains. Possibilities for sea fishing. Good possibilities for hiking in the nearby area. 300 meters to the grocery store, playground, ball bin and bike trail.

Spacious, quiet, apartment

From this central accommodation, the whole group has easy access to whatever it may be. From grocery stores, to downtown tindesenter. A short walk from the start at Nesaksla, and only short drives away from many of Romsdalens great mountains. With fully equipped kitchen, shoe dryer and washing machine, there is little you will miss. Possibility of access to a 3rd bedroom by appointment.
