Because of the war, we spent a lot of time in the basement bomb shelter- pleased it was so well maintained - and the neighbors -and Shosh- were very kind to us!

First and foremost, itai truly is a superhost. He was super responsive and helpful, and offered to help with any issue we had. The apartment itself was clean, well stocked and with great air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location is really great, close to tons of great coffee shops and a playground. The outdoor space was great and shaded for most of the day even in June. Also the mamad in the apartment is big and very secure so we felt very safe as well. Would highly recommend!

בית הרמוני המקסים! מיוחד במינו, אוצר לילדים, נקי נעים ובעיקר בעלי בית מקסימים, יהל היתה מקסימה, חברותית, דאגה וענתה לכל שאלה. היתה לנו שהייה מצויינת, נקי נעים ומשפחתי.

התארחנו לסוף שבוע בבית הסירה, בית קטן וחמוד עם כל מה שצריך. יש מרפסת גדולה ומרווחת, סלון נעים, טלוויזייה עם אפשרויות צפייה, פטיפון, ספרים ואפילו אורגן. המטבח מאובזר, המקלחות נקיות ונוחות. הבית קרוב למדרחוב, הסביבה שקטה (חוץ מכביש סמוך קצת רועש). הבית מטופח, מלא עציצים והאווירה רגועה עם אנרגיות טובות. עדן ויובל היו תקשורתיים וזמינים לכל מה שצריך. מומלץ בחום 🌈

מארח ידידותי ותקשורתי. דירה נחמדה מאוד, קרובה להרבה מסעדות וחנויות טובות. נחזור שוב.

Another fantastic stay at this place! This was the third time and everything was just perfect. Our kids love the space and everything is great for a short or long stay. A very thoughtful layout, relaxing environment, and the sun filled home is up lifting. As part of this work / fun trip, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Binyamina train station, a 3-minute walk to the Binyamina winery, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away and malls, grocery stores, and beaches 5-15 minute drives away. הבית של נעה ומשפחתה הוא מקום מקסים ומזמין לשהייה. המרחב מרווח ומעוצב בטעם טוב, עם אווירה נעימה ומיוחדת. מקום נהדר למשפחות - חצר ענקית מוקפת צמחייה, טרמפולינה, ערסל ופינת חי שנמצאת במרחק הליכה קצרה. מאיזור הבית ניתן להמשיך בקלות לשלל פינות חמד - מעיינות, נחלים, עגלות קפה :) התקשורת עם נעה הייתה קלה ונעימה. היא הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה ודאגה שהשהייה שלנו תהיה בול. ממליצים בחום💕

טל וחגית היו מדהימות והיה קל לתקשר איתן, נתנו מענה חכל שאלה או בקשה. הבית מהמם והמושב שקט וכיפי! ❤️

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

How to write this review without it becoming a novel of gratitude... Just book this place. I stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was truly a magical experience. Dorit's (Darya's mother) hospitality was truly unlike anything any of us have experienced on airbnb before. Super lovely and kind and sweet and caring. She was not only helpful with tips and guidance to the city but also generous. The house is her home. And she really made it feel like it was ours within a matter of minutes. Honestly, if I could give it 6/5 I would. I give this place 6 out of 5.

Gil ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und guter Gastgeber! Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und dafür war es ausreichend und passend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgrund der schönen Aussicht auf das Merr und der zentralen Lage, können wir sie weiter empfehlen ☺️

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. La localisation proche de la mer était très agréable. La place de parking mis à disposition est très appropriée. Le logement en lui même est très agréable et dispose d’une cuisine très pratique et conviviale. Ilan est très réactif et facilement disponible. Je recommande à 1000%

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

I really enjoyed myself in this apartment. It was very convenient to the restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and more. I felt welcomed from day one. Whatever I needed they made sure we had had it. We had an awesome host. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to reside.

Ilane à été très réactif et arrangeant aussi bien à l arrivée qu au départ. l'appartement est situé au carré d or de Netanya à quelques mètres du kikar et de l ascenseur vers la plage. allez y les yeux fermés.
