Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Chrissy's Cozy Cottage is just what is says COZY and comfortable. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a door to the outside deck overlooking a preserve. 2cd bedroom has a trudle sofa that opens to a full bed. All linens are included. Plenty of seating for visitors around dining room table and counter. We are a 5 min walk to the ocean and Shuckers restaurant, just across A1A. Cottage is located in Beautiful Nettles Island Community.

A private dock is visible, featuring a smooth wooden deck with a table and chairs set for outdoor relaxation. Boats are moored along the channel, framed by tropical palm trees and colorful cottages in the background, all under a clear blue sky.

Just finished a complete remodel. Make some memories at this unique, family and pet friendly waterfront cottage with private dock and amazing views of the Indian River. This home comes with a golf cart. Located in Nettles Island with an abundance of amenities to enjoy, 2 swimming pools, private beach, pickle ball and basketball courts, horseshoe, mini golf, gym, and much more! Private marina, restaurant, and store located inside of the community. Great restaurants nearby! Roomy 973 square feet.
