Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment also has a sofa bed with a mattress width of 100 cm in the large living room.

From spring onwards it's really idyllic, my natural garden shields you from the outside world, only my kittens come by curiously. Schwanenburg Apartments am Helios Klinikum - Apartment 3: This small, friendly apartment (15 sqm) has a double bed, a bathroom as well as a fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Supermarkets, bakery and drugstore are within walking distance. Parking and wifi (appropriate for surfing/emails, not suitable for streaming/video calls) are available free of charge. Our location is located in Panketal, directly on the Berlin city border. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
