Beautiful living in the southeast of Munich

In the basement of our well-kept semi-detached house in Ottobrunn, we rent a separate apartment with a living/bedroom (bed 140x200), another room with cooking facilities and dining/work table as well as a private shower room. All space has a window, so a lot of daylight no "basement feeling" comes up. Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, internet DSL/Wi-Fi, TV (cable Germany)available; bed linen, towels are provided, shared use of the washing machine by arrangement. Our modern house is located in a green, very good residential location - the access to the Salzburg and Nuremberg motorway is very close, but not audible! It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the city center. Shops, restaurants, Phoenix adventure pool with sauna area, tennis courts, ice skating rink are within walking distance - Brunnthal Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away, the bus stop to the Ottobrunn S-Bahn or the Neuperlach-Süd underground station is a 5-minute walk away, parking in front of the house is no problem. We are very familiar with Munich and its surroundings, we are happy to give tips for things to do (culture, restaurants, beer gardens, events, excursions, shopping, etc.) and strive for quick solutions if problems arise. We also speak English and look forward to nice guests!

Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Das neu renovierte Apartment unter dem Dach hat 65 qm und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Treppe ist relativ steil. Es ist vollständig und neu eingerichtet. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the trade fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night. Forget about charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Do you want to cycle quickly to the bakery? – No problem.

I speak German, English, Italian and French. If I am not on site, I am easily reachable by cell phone! Restaurants, shopping center, supermarkets and drugstore are a 10-minute walk away. 6-minute walk to bus stop line 210 20-minute drive to downtown
