Beautiful living in the southeast of Munich

In the basement of our well-kept semi-detached house in Ottobrunn, we rent a separate apartment with a living/bedroom (bed 140x200), another room with cooking facilities and dining/work table as well as a private shower room. All space has a window, so a lot of daylight no "basement feeling" comes up. Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, internet DSL/Wi-Fi, TV (cable Germany)available; bed linen, towels are provided, shared use of the washing machine by arrangement. Our modern house is located in a green, very good residential location - the access to the Salzburg and Nuremberg motorway is very close, but not audible! It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the city center. Shops, restaurants, Phoenix adventure pool with sauna area, tennis courts, ice skating rink are within walking distance - Brunnthal Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away, the bus stop to the Ottobrunn S-Bahn or the Neuperlach-Süd underground station is a 5-minute walk away, parking in front of the house is no problem. We are very familiar with Munich and its surroundings, we are happy to give tips for things to do (culture, restaurants, beer gardens, events, excursions, shopping, etc.) and strive for quick solutions if problems arise. We also speak English and look forward to nice guests!

Lovely 80 sqm apartment with garden

Stylish, bright 80 sqm apartment with garden/terrace. Quietly located in a cul-de-sac. An underground parking space belongs to the apartment, and there are also free parking spaces right in front of the house. Perfectly connected by car: Approximately 4 minutes to the highway to Munich surroundings, a total of about 19 minutes to Munich city center. Also by public transport: The S-Bahn station is about 7 minutes away, mainly through green areas. The S-Bahn runs 17 minutes to Marienplatz/center.

We offer our fully equipped very attractive 2 room apartment . It can easily accommodate 4 people. Well connected by public transport. All of Munich's attractions Octoberfest,Marienplatz, Munich trade fair center can be reached in less than 30 Minutes. Its family friendly with a small play ground in the garden. In close proximity you will find the supermarkets, bakery and restaurants. Kitchen has all the equipments if you want to try out cooking. Nice coffee machine including beans.

Comfortable place to stay - with free parking

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft mit sehr guter Anbindung zu dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Vor der Tür ist die Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Buss nur für eine Station bist du zu U5 und für 25 Minuten bis zum Oktoberfest 🍺 Die Gäste verfügen über eine volleingerichtete Küche und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Zur Verfügung stehen auch ein bequemes Klappbett und Luft Matratze. Bei Nachfrage kann auch die ganze Wohnung gemietet werden.

Peaceful oasis on the outskirts of Munich

Cozy as at home. On the outskirts of Munich, our apartment is located on a wood. Sparkling, beating woodpeckers, collecting squirrels. And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the trade fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night. Forget about charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Do you want to cycle quickly to the bakery? – No problem.

It is an 80 m2 attic apartment on 2 levels (1st floor: hall, wardrobe, built-in wardrobe, shower room/WC, 2nd floor: loft with complete kitchen, bar, dining table, couch (or sofa bed), desk, fireplace, double bed, bathroom (WC/bathtub/washing machine) and folding bed if required. A very comfortable, completely furnished and nicely decorated house with large social areas, big bedrooms, gym, garden and parking in a very nice area of Munich. 3 floors: Floor 1: Completely equipped kitchen, dining area and a large living room. Apartment on the outskirts of Munich 'Comfy flat'

The apartment is located in the attic of our beautiful semi-detached house in a quiet and very good residential area surrounded by greenery. Free street parking is available in front of the house. I speak German, English, Italian and French. If I am not on site, I am easily reachable by cell phone! Restaurants, shopping center, supermarkets and drugstore are a 10-minute walk away. 6-minute walk to bus stop line 210 20-minute drive to downtown

The house is in a quiet location. In a 5-minute walk, there is a sports facility with swimming pool and sauna. Grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Munich is about 25 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) not far from the house. With the S 7, you can get to Munich Central Station in the city center without changing trains.
