Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Das neu renovierte Apartment unter dem Dach hat 65 qm und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Treppe ist relativ steil. Es ist vollständig und neu eingerichtet. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). Nach 20 Minuten Fahrt ist man in der Münchener Innenstadt

Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. Cozy as at home. On the outskirts of Munich, our apartment is located on a wood. Sparkling, beating woodpeckers, collecting squirrels. And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the trade fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night. Forget about charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Do you want to cycle quickly to the bakery? – No problem.
