The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Located in the center of the Cotentin peninsula, our cottage is 30 minutes from the three coasts that border the department. Close to the landing sites, in the heart of the Marais Park, you will have every opportunity to discover the wonders of our region (Côte des Havres, La Hague, Val de Saire...) without forgetting our pretty little village. SERVICES: Sheets and linen are also provided free of charge Check-in 6 p.m. 7 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m.

Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

The house consists of a mezzanine bedroom, equipped kitchen, and cozy living room. Outside, a flower garden and pond offer ideal relaxation spaces to enjoy the surrounding calm. Utah Beach and Saint Vaast la Hougue are 15 minutes away.

Situé à la campagne dans un petit hameau calme .Ce logement est indépendant et mitoyen avec notre logement . , .Il y a un jardinet clos,engazonné et fleuri. Une terrasse en bois avec table,chaises,voile d'ombrage et transats. Nous acceptons uniquement 1 chien et de petite taille et pas chien de categorie( staff,rott etc...) Nous ne voulons aucune fête dans le logement, pas d'anniversaire, ni réveillon.

Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail Beach, this independent accommodation offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on a private plot where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
