Viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen im schönen Zillertal – in dieser geräumigen & ruhigen Wohnung. Ich vermiete die Ferienwohnungen, die meine Großeltern sehr liebevoll & hochwertig eingerichtet haben. Da sie selbst nicht mehr in der Lage sind, diese zu vermieten, fahre ich damit fort. Die Wohnung verfügt über ca. 71 m2. ! Bei uns sind Einzelpersonen, mehrere Personen, sowie Familien jedes Alters, Geschlechts, und jeder Herkunft willkommen ! Es gelten Hausregeln & Vorschriften für JEDE/N gleichermaßen. :)

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The apartment is divided into three separate bedrooms, two of which have an adjoining bathroom with shower. A fully equipped living-dining kitchen with a cozy sofa bed and satellite TV for cozy evenings. The sunny covered balcony with breathtaking mountain views.
