Holiday rentals with a patio in Neukirchen am Großvenediger

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Very pleasant accommodation in a quiet part of Mittersill on the floor of a family house with a separate entrance. The hostess actively communicated with us, provided us with the SommerCard and prepared clean and nice accommodation.

We had very nice days at Regina! Your tips for activities were great. In addition, the apartment is very comfortably furnished. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would love to come back!

The apartment is very stylishly furnished and everything your heart desires is available. The location is excellent, you receive detailed instructions on how to get there before arrival and can easily find the assigned underground parking space. The apartment is exceptionally clean, we were proactively asked for fresh towels after 3 days. Highly recommend we would book the place again anytime.

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is located in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner - thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

Even the hallway smells fantastic. The apartment is small and cozy, but offers everything you need as a couple. The balcony was great and the bed super comfortable. The location is super convenient due to its connections, but I personally had some problems with the location, as it was quite noisy directly on the street from 6 am due to the traffic. You get used to the train. The communication, in turn, went perfectly and Katharina was always incredibly nice. All in all, a great accommodation that we would recommend for a nice hiking holiday. WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

A very peaceful place to stay. We were four families, it was peaceful and a great place to feel like just home. Kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and glad to come back again 🤗

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Helene's place is insane. We felt right at home. The area is a dream! Helene was incredibly helpful and too quick to reach. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and much larger than in the photos. We would definitely recommend the place and will definitely be back. j Many thanks :) 😊

Quiet neighbourhood. Clean & comfortable private apartment, with everything we needed to self-cater during our stay. Separate toilet and bathroom. Washing machine was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay.
