Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Vacation bliss with a glacier view

Our house is in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger. In just 5 minutes you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or Wald in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, the El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the world" (14 km). We are therefore an ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Get to know the stylish and warm interior, the large windows that provide a lot of light in the apartment, but above all confirm that you are in the middle of the mountains. The location is 150m from the ski lift, 100m from the supermarket and close to the village center. The living room has an attractive sitting and dining area and gives access to a large south-facing balcony. The apartment has eight beds, an open kitchen and two bathrooms. And not to forget, the private sauna.

Cozy apartment on the outskirts of the village

Apartment 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with a sitting area and a spacious bedroom with two box spring beds and a bunk bed. From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
