It is suitable for a couple or one person who would like to sleep in 1 bed (2m x 1,40m). Homeoffice option (+desk+screen+keyboard) in the bedroom. Very calm due to backyard house, bright and in the 3rd floor. We are a non-smoking household. Smoking is strictly forbidden! Without pets and no shoes in the flat please!
