Hi guys, my cosy, well situated & clean apartment is close to the hot spots Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg & Neukölln and situated directly at the Treptower Park, for recreational reasons. Supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet and clean and on my balcony you can enjoy your sun downer, chill or even fire up the grill. I am working as a freelance producer, therefore on the road a lot but always happy, to come back home to my "little retreat".

Bright, quiet studio apartment with loft bed

Bright 1 room apartment on the second floor with an airy loft bed. Very quiet (on the backyard). Full of plants. Great neighborhood - "Richardkiez", former village protected from the hectic of Neukölln. Lot of coffee places, restaurants, bars in the area. You will stay at the apartment where I Iive the rest of the year. So it might not be perfect (old building, no A/C) but it's the authentic place where I live. I ask visitors to respect the place and the neighbors.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!

The exclusive loft directly on the banks of the Spree in hip Kreuzberg is located in a former jam factory. Located directly on the banks of the Spree, it impresses with its direct water view. On the spacious balconies on the 5th floor, you can enjoy unique Berlin sunrises and sunsets. The view of the East Side Gallery and the Oberbaum Bridge is unique. The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.
