Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.
