Loft in a restored independent barn, square courtyard with three buildings, parking and opening onto a fully independent garden, 15 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron and 30 minutes from Chambord. 60m2 loft apartment (the bedroom is in an alcove separated from the living room by a double blackout curtain) with wood. Independent entrance and parking, private garden, garden lounge and BBQ. Furnished not specifically suitable for people with disabilities.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
