It is a cozy top-floor apartment (100 m²) with 3 bedrooms, living room and separate kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms. The apartment has balconies. A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. The spacious living room has a bay window with built-in, cozy corner bench, spacious upholstered corner, smart LED 55" TV and a fireplace light. The kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic range and fridge-freezer combination is fully equipped. The two separate bedrooms have high-quality box-spring double beds and in the bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
