Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

For more independence, a 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom, in the small neighboring house, is offered at €60 per night, for more than 6 guests (max capacity of the main house) Basic shops 5 km away Alt 574 m 75 in 10 minutes

Simplify your life in this peaceful home The accommodation includes a separate entrance to a house that gives you access to a bedroom, a bathroom and a sports area. In the bedroom you have a dining area and the possibility of reheating your dishes thanks to the microwave and cutlery. However, there is no equipped kitchen or water point apart from the bathroom. The Annex is located 10 minutes from Murat, 20 minutes from the slopes. Its south/east exposure allows the sun to quickly enter the house and provide incomparable brightness. Parking is easy, in summer and winter, with a closed garage. Near Saint-Flour, Cantal, an old typical farmhouse, well equipped, beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. 25 km from Lioran or Chaudes-Aigues and its thermal spa. Beautiful walks from the house... everything you need for a good time with family or friends! We are on site and available to our guests. L'Oustalou Gîte in 12600 Lugat Quiet Authentic
