Nice little apartment, just across the street from the train station. There are inexpensive parking spaces within walking distance (€3 per day). The slightly larger bedroom is on the street and therefore a bit noisy. Not tragic in March, it didn't bother us. The apartment was very clean, the key box allowed us to check in flexibly. The kitchen is super equipped, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable and would book again anytime.

The apartment is very cozy and located directly on the forest. Communication with Andreas was very friendly and prompt. The rooms are very bright in the evening due to the lack of blackout, but it still worked for us and our children. We will be happy to come back!

I was in the accommodation with two friends for a week, during which we did a lot of things in and around Speyer. The accommodation is located in a backyard and is really very quiet. You really have your privacy if you want it. The apartment was also super equipped and super clean. The equipment was more than sufficient. If we had questions, Heiko and Daniela were quickly available and very helpful and friendly to us. We found that you could have a good conversation with the two of them, you definitely didn't feel unwelcome with the two of them. I can really only recommend the location, the location is very good, you need about 10 minutes on foot to the DOM or 15 minutes for the Technickmuseum. If we were to plan a vacation in the area again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thank you for the hospitality, had a nice time with you in Speyer. Wishing you all the best. An impeccable ground floor apartment, nothing was missing, nice bathtub and super comfortable extra wide sofa! Functional kitchen, dishwasher and parking space right in front appreciated! Our hosts have always been very responsive, a place to recommend 👌🏼

What a pleasant smell that emerges from the entrance to the accommodation... Despite an area that may seem limited, everything is thought out to make it welcoming and practical! Jérôme is very available, responsive and understanding to the slightest of questions

Lovely place. The ink bad thing would be if you’re biking you have to go up hill to get home…🤪 but we would definitely do it again.

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, and fully equipped.Wencke is very friendly and very considerate of the guests. The air conditioning was turned on in advance before we arrived. The room is cool and pleasant, making people feel very relaxed as soon as they enter the door.The bed is very comfortable, and our family slept well.The kids especially love the rocking chair and the little wooden horse in the house, and they have a lot of fun.This stay was very satisfying, highly recommended, and I will definitely come back if I have the chance!

Anika was very responsive and friendly. As our journey went smoothly, we arrived a little bit before check-in time but Anika kindly let us check-in early. The apartment was absolutely spotless and finished to a really high standard. It was also excellently furnished with everything you would need and more. The coffee machine and soda stream in the kitchen were welcome additions. The area is very peaceful with easy parking right outside. If we come back to this area again, we would definitely re-book!

Sylvie is a very thoughtful host and very friendly. For my purpose, a quiet weekend in beautiful surroundings, the room and the location was perfect.

I was very warmly welcomed by Petra and she took a lot of time for my questions. This also developed very nice conversations. Although we lived together, so to speak, I had my privacy. It was all very clean, the mattress was super comfortable, and the highlight was the rooftop swimming pool, which I had all to myself in the evening. The apartment is very centrally located and in 15 min. you are in the city by tram or bus (Freiburger Straße - Bismarckplatz). Recommended would be the two point zero farm cafe with delicious cake and drinks. I thank you, dear Petra, for a relaxing stay.

The apartment was as expected, very nicely decorated and clean. Ilka was easily reachable by phone to clarify any questions as quickly as possible. I can recommend the apartment to the best of my knowledge.

I have no complaints. The apartment was clean, fully equiped, easy parking, Internet was ok. Host communicated fast.
