Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

Beautiful surroundings and accommodating sleeping and bathroom arrangements. I appreciate the nespresso! Lots of towels and comfortable places to sit and hang out and eat. Pool was so wonderful. To have a pool to one’s self is so great! We will return!

We recently stayed at Don and Kathy’s beautiful home for our son’s wedding weekend and it was absolutely magical. Don and Kathy were incredibly hospitable, always easy to reach, and made us feel so welcome. The home itself is stunning—truly something to experience. The home is well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style for a truly relaxing stay. The surroundings felt straight out of a Hallmark movie, with autumn leaves falling and twinkling Christmas lights creating a festive atmosphere. It was cozy, inviting, and felt just like home. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you, Don and Kathy, for making our special weekend even more memorable!

Dan and Laura were very kind and responded quickly and honestly to all the questions we had leading up to our trip as well as during our trip. The house was beautiful. It worked perfectly for our group of 12 adults. We really appreciated the convenience of multiple bathrooms. My guests enjoyed the beautiful open kitchen, the large size tv in the living room, the downstairs entertainment room, and the hot tub the most. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts! It made my milestone birthday that much more special.(:

What a great experience and relaxing location. The home is beautiful, clean, well cared for and stocked with nicer than usual amenities. But the back yard steals the show. Set in amongst the trees is a luxurious home in-ground pool and hot tub with beautiful landscape, pool deck and back patio with table. Just up from town, location can't be beat!

We had the most wonderful time in Marilyn and David's gorgeous home. The home is very large and accommodated our large group perfectly with plenty of large gathering spaces and private areas as well. The pool and hot tub are awesome. It even has a phonograph which was awesome and we enjoyed and danced to!! The entire property has a panoramic view of the foothills and is breathtaking and perfect for star gazing. Highly recommend!! Thanks so much for everything!!! The Wheelers

Beds were all very comfortable and clean. House was fun and interesting and thematically decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare food in. We had a very short stay but it was perfect for our needs and we would most certainly do it again! Thank you!!!

This is such a beautiful, scenic retreat in the woods! Cassundra is very flexible, responsive and kind and made us feel right at home. There are so many thoughtful and homey touches in the cabin. We will be back!

A lovely place nested just one street off the Main Street in downtown Nevada City, yet so quiet and peaceful. We only stayed two nights, but it would also be a great place for longer stays. The house was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin near Scott’s Flat Lake was lovely and very relaxing during our weekend trip. The cabin is well appointed and decorated with a modern touch. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the gas fire pit at night. The cabin is close to the Cascade Shores launch ramp and trail to the beach. We brought our inflatable SUP down and enjoyed a relaxing lakeside day. The location and the cabin were amazing. Highly recommend!

The home is lovely, nestled in the trees. The house interior was light and bright. We appreciated the quality of cookware, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic products. Notable was the quality products in the bathrooms. We felt welcomed and considered. The bed was comfy with clean, white, lovely non-smelling linens. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this home. We look forward to returning to this wonderful place in grass Valley.

I was looking for an inspiring, relaxing and spacious place for my family to stay during our daughter's wedding weekend in Grass Valley. Leah's place was everything I hoped it would be, and easy to enjoy. Leah was great about communications. Five stars all the way.

Lovely cottage in grass valley, close to Nevada city and the Yuba River. Beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed including board games which we used.

Gorgeous home!! It is really far from town on a winding country road but it is gorgeous. Well stocked and comfortable stay. Beautiful view!!

Location is both very convenient to Nevada City's downtown area, at the same time it is secluded by nature. You wouldn't even notice there's even a freeway near by. I was able to enjoy a very relaxing stay as well being a tourist. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Wow Wow Wow!!! The view and grounds are amazing! The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are super soft. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which made dinners easy. Plenty of seating and tables for all 8 of us. Bathrooms are updated with all of the amenities. The outdoor area was our favorite. They have many outdoor option’s when it comes to seating. Couches, lounges, chairs, beautiful large grass area, not to mention the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. Steve and Sachie’s place is conveniently located to many of the surrounding cities. Our favorite restaurant was a very short drive and so delicious. Twelve 28 Kitchen will not disappoint. I have to end this review with Wow the view is amazing from this home. Thank you Steve and Sachie, we can’t wait to come back! Patti

Emily’s place was very relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful views of the meadow, lots of stars, welcoming house and very comfortable beds. The house is nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could need. We didn’t really cook except to use the coffee maker and microwave but it appears to have all the basics one might need to prepare a meal. It provided us and our niece and her husband a restful place for us to enjoy. Great location to get around the area. We were here for a family reunion and hadn’t seen the family since before COVID so it was fun to catch up and also see the changes in the area. We would definitely come back when we’re in the area.

Our family absolutely loves this incredible property! The house is stunning and perfect in every way. The views are amazing, and the location is ideal—close to fabulous restaurants and shops. We stayed here last year as well and will continue to return to this incredible home! Veronica was beyond helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Jennifer's house is very comfortable and surprisingly spacious for 5 adults. We felt right at home and appreciated the queen- or king-sized beds in each room. Her house is tidy, the kitchen was well appointed with appliances, pots, pans, dishes etc. The only quirky part was the minimal leg space at the toilet in the main bathroom but this is a 1930s home with personality. The neighborhood is quiet and easy walking distance to town, trails and the river. We would definitely book here again.

The kids and I had a lovely time. They had so many toys, books, games and outdoor fun! Great location, especially with young children. Didn’t really need much and felt at home. Definitely would stay again!
