Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. This traditional style country barn is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley within minutes of Jane Austen's home and surrounded by stunning Hampshire countryside that offers extensive walking and cycling routes, and some great pubs. Within a 20 min radius are the market towns of Alresford, Farnham, Petersfield and Winchester. The accommodation is very well presented, albeit a compact kitchen/living area, with a super king size bed in the spacious master bedroom which is accessed via a twin room.

Welcome to the beautiful city of Winchester! I have self contained central accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a lounge with fridge/tea/coffee making facilities and your own private front door accessed from the street at ground level. The accommodation has been part of a massive renovation of the main house, now fully completed. Dating from the 1850’s it still retains a Victorian feel with high ceilings and sash windows. It is a lovely light, airy space.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Entire cottage in the heart of rural Hampshire.

Dairy Cottage was a former milking parlour. We stopped milking cows in 1992 and converted the building into a self catering holiday cottage. The cottage is situated between the Cathedral City of Winchester and the market towns of Alton and Petersfield. Nearby is the pretty town of Alresford where the River Arle flows into a lake constructed to provide fishing as well as a reservoir for the River Itchen navigation. There is a lovely short river walk here which we're happy to tell you about.

On the first floor there is a UK Superking bed which can be split into twin beds at £15 extra cost, a table for two people and shower room. Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth.
