Our cottage is set in a peaceful corner of the village of Minstead, in the heart of the New Forest. It is a Victorian farmhouse overlooking fields with some beautiful original features and has been in our family for over 60 years. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a large mature garden, perfect for families, friends or even couples. It's so tranquil here, hardly a car goes by, but you will see ponies, donkeys and cows roaming up the lane while the wild forest itself is 10 mins walk away.

Little Lantern is a charming annex attached to our pretty cob cottage, offering bed and breakfast accommodation. It has its own private entrance with self check in on arrival. The accommodation includes a small entrance area with kettle, toaster and coffee machine for guests to enjoy a continental breakfast. The cosy dining area with a sofa and tv looks out over open fields. The double bedroom features a comfortable brass bed and leads to a lovely shower room with basin and toilet.

Built in 1840 to house workers making bricks this charming extended semi-detached cottage has been lived by the same family of New Forest commoners for the last 50 years. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.
