Jake was a great host! His place worked out great for a buddy trip to the US Open. The house was very clean, spacious, and super walkable to many great restaurants and bars. Jake had clear check in and check out directions and was very responsive during our stay! Thanks again, Jake!

Our family of four had a great stay at Michael's. Very comfortable and roomy accommodations, great location for a family with young kids, clear communication, etc. Would love to stay again in the future.

This home was perfect for our family US Open trip this year. The home was spacious enough that we weren’t on top of one another, was ideally located with great restaurants within walking distance, and ample parking for us. Our hosts were always gracious, the property was beautiful, and it was great imagining the history of this convent. We will definitely be back the next time our family returns to the Pittsburgh area.

Our group loved this house! Perfect for a getaway - has everything you need. Very comfy beds and the house is very private and enjoyable to stay at!

Brandon was a gracious and attentive host—very responsive both before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house was clean, accurately described, and well appointed. It was easy to find and parking was convenient. The neighborhood was fun to walk around during the day and felt safe in the evening. The only suggestion we have is to consider adding more seating in both the backyard and living room areas. Since the house accommodates eight guests, it would be ideal to have enough seating for everyone to sit comfortably together.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The photos represent the interior exactly. The beds are SO comfortable, as are all of the furnishings! Everything was clean and our host did a marvelous job making us feel welcome and providing for our comfort and needs. Even the towels are luxurious! We walked to PNC park to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates play (they lost 😒) … it was a gorgeous and easy 1.6 mile walk. We enjoyed fireworks after the game with the beautiful Pittsburgh cityscape in the background. Short and easy walk to Oittsbirgh’s lovely Downtown. Easy drives to all other area attractions. I should comment that the immediate neighborhood was somewhat below our expectations. It is completely safe, but this neighborhood is still in the process of gentrification … and not done yet. But the location, the fantastic coffee shop (Ghost) on the corner, the furnishings and loveliness of the house … everything was just so comfortable and enjoyable that we strongly encourage you to book!

The house was very well equipped and well stocked with supplies. The street was quiet and friendly. Grocery store and restaurants were all within 10 min of driving. Most attractions were a 10-20 min drive. Very easy check in and check out. Great house for families.

Gabriel was able to accommodate check in an hour early which was appreciated! His place is beautiful with plenty of room for the 7 guests that stayed.

Six adults and one child stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was a perfect place for everybody all of the kids toys books and pack and play was a nice addition and one of the reasons we chose this spot the loft acted as our playroom which worked out perfectly. There were so many thoughtful details that made this place stand out. The neighborhood seemed to be a little rougher, but not so much so that we ever felt unsafe or anything. I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in Pittsburgh.

Alex and the team were wonderful from beginning to end. The were always very responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has all the great amenities of a very nice home. Bakery square is within walking distance which has a lot of great restaurants and stores. Thanks for a great stay!

Joel was a wonderful host! We had a great stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. We loved that the bedrooms had ceiling fans and that the kitchen was well stocked. The shower also felt amazing after a long day on the town. Our kids loved seeing the fireworks from the balcony after the Pirates game. Definitely recommend staying here… we’ll be back!

We were in town for Pitt graduation. Very nice place to stay, priced fairly. Clean and comfortable. Good tavern right around the corner. Close to where we needed to be with easy access to major roads. It's a typical city type neighborhood, not noisy though. If I get back to Pittsburgh I would absolutley stay here again, Jessica was a great host.

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Sugar Tree Lodge! We were never sitting around looking for things to do because there were so many activities available! The kids and adults all enjoyed kayaking, playing games, sitting around the fire pit, searching for salamanders, fishing, and relaxing. The space was absolutely perfect for our large family. We never felt overcrowded and loved spending time together! Would definitely recommend.

My stay was great the kids loved it and I love the place it was a peaceful place and area we went there for a family gathering my daughter graduated and we had family and friends over they also loved the place just gave family and home vibes the host were very informative and even checked to make sure we were enjoying are stay just made me feel like family and that’s what it’s all bout thank you guys

Enjoyed our second year at this Airbnb for our accommodations to attend our family reunion at Idlewild Park! Beautiful sprawling countryside location; perfect for a large gathering! Especially enjoyed the large pool, individual suites for everyone and a separate huge living room/kitchen facility! Kelly and Tim were available immediately for any requests or service! The house was spotless. Very clean and nicely appointed with all the cookware you could need, the bedrooms are peaceful and nice. The host is responsive and leaves clear instructions.

Diane and I had little communication during our stay . In my opinion this is good because we were able to manage very well with the house. Everything , since getting and out was easy. We were 5 people , and we felt the house as our home. This is important to us. The house was clean and neat , and comfortable . Location was good for our purpose. 2 or 3 minutes to the super and other stores. 30 minutes from Pittsburg . Because we went to there for Thanksgiving celebration with the parents of our daughter’s fiance, Pittsburg wasn’t our primary goal . In general I recommend Diane’s house. You will feel very comfortable .
