There are some homeless folk that are sleeping just a couple hundred feet from this place, but they look nice enough and I think it’s worth the location.

I was staying overnight in Kingman for business. This Airbnb was more than perfect and the price was more than reasonable for what is offered. It was extreme clean and comfortable. Sergio was extremely responsive and helpful to all of my requests and needs. I cannot say enough great things! Thanks a million ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would definitely stay at Marks place again in the future! Close to my family and very affordable. Mark and his wife were super friendly. Place was clean and we enjoyed every minute!

Perfect for my long stay in Kingman. Very clean and spacious. Scott is very responsive and will help right away if anything happens. I felt nothing was missing at all. If I ever need to get back in Kingman I know exactly where to stay again!

We are so very grateful to Cole for being an amazingly accommodating and responsive host. My dad was in the hospital at Kingman Regional and we were able to walk to and from the hospital to be with him since Cole’s place is just one block away. We had a few little snags, like the central AC not working temporarily or the hot water heater pilot going out, but Cole made sure they were handled immediately. Our plans were also up in the air as we waited to find out where my dad would be transferred and Cole made sure we always had his place available should we need to extend. His kindness and flexibility was appreciated more than he could ever know. Overall, Cole’s place was a clean, safe place for us to return to every night during a highly volatile and emotional situation. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room had everything we needed, and we were able to sleep well and recharge to be there for my dad. Whether you’re in Kingman for fun or something else, Cole’s place is a great option!

This is a great spot. It’s super close to downtown- it’s walkable to several breweries and shops. It’s also quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is adorable and the host is super responsive and helpful. Cheaper than a hotel with some real Kingman Route 66 flair. Highly recommend!

This was a great location and has access to river. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt at home. Pool and area around was clean. All amenities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. Great price. I am definitely comming back to Josephs place. I Would definitely recommend this place.

Very very friendly staff nice place lot of room liked the patio and washer & dryer in unit well on the other side of patio. Check it out Robert has an answer for every question. He’s fun good place

We have been staying in AirBnbs for the past 2 years as we travel the US this was an amazing stay and the host and community are quite lovely. It was quiet and peaceful and everyone was very friendly in the little community. We really enjoyed meditation beside the river. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that we have ever had in these places. I even did baking over the Christmas weekend while we stayed there. We never usually stay anywhere for 2 reservations in a row but we stayed in this one back to back and would have rented it a 3rd time had it been available. Thank you soo much for such an amazing stay 🌞
