This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.

Three bedroom, two full bathrooms. We have 2-4 parking spaces available along with a huge backyard perfect for grilling season! We have a fully equipped kitchen and dinner table. On the main floor you will find the main bathroom. We are located 15-20 mins from your major shopping in Boardman, and yes DoorDash delivers! Pitts. Int. Airport is approx. 50mins and Mercy Health is approx. 15 mins away. Pets are welcome with a small fee!

RENT. HIS. PLACES. You will not be disappointed, from the amenities to the cleanliness to the location, everything was absolutely perfect in the place and I will be going back and renting more. Enjoyed our stay everything was great and great location, plenty of parking and a feel safe location! Easy to find in the dark or daylight. Our child enjoyed playing on the playground sets, that was an added bonus and we loved it, as well as the hot tub and massage chair! Will be back to stay again everything was wonderful great hosts! 10/10 recommend!
