Had a great stay at this place. The space and bed were much larger than the pictures. It had a spacious and clean bathroom with soap, conditioner, and shampoo, and also a washing machine with the detergent (which was so thoughtful). Shing Yu was also very responsive and gave clear instructions to ensure a smooth check in and check out. Overall, I really recommend booking this place and I would stay here again in the future!

The location is fantastic! The staff at Kolette were so kind in their communication with me. Pros: •Excellent Location •Well Decorated Cozy Room •Building Amenities (laundry, microwave, cafe on 1st floor) •Easy access (keypad entry). I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this place for a max of 10 days - 2 weeks. I was starting to miss having a window after the 3rd day. The room is small and cozy but has everything you need.

I hope this review will be helpful for future guests. This place is excellent if you're looking for something more peaceful and further away from the city center. The biggest strength for me is the amenities such as the public library and the gym. The room itself has everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, given that it's a highrise apartment in Taipei, it is a bit on the smaller side. For reference, the total living area is about 390 sq ft. In terms of location, the A9 station is convenient for both transit into Taipei City center or the Taoyuan HSR station. FYI, the A9 station only services commuter trains, so you'll have to take a commuter train to A8 and then transfer onto the express train. It seems that the two types of trains have a timed transfer (in the same direction) at A8. Locally, there are a number of buses available, but I recommend using youbike as it's free for the first 30 minutes. Lastly, Cy is a great host. He's friendly and highly responsive.

Host is very accommodating. We had an early arrival time 6:30AM and they sent someone to help us situated. We like this place a lot, quiet, secure and very convenient.
