New Construction on 1st floor. 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, in small town Ohio. Located 20 miles south of Youngstown and 20 miles north of East Liverpool, OH and 40 minutes to the Pittsburgh airport, in New Waterford. Property borders the village park and fishing pond on a quiet brick street. Ideal for a weekend getaway or for extended work assignments and corporate lodging. We are approx 5-10 minutes from the Garwood Arena, and have plenty of parking for larger vehicles.

Boardman House

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.
