There are both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is equipped with its own air conditioning and heating controls. There is high-speed wireless Internet and a desk for working. It's a 5-10 min drive from 680/880, restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Century / AMC Theaters, Newpark mall, Great Mall, Lake Elizabeth and a lot more!! Brand new outside Sink, Wifi/Modem worth $500, added :) We have an electronic key outside the door, so its truly a "private" entrance :). The room is cleaned by professional cleaners after each guest leaves and we change the bedsheets, pillow cases etc everytime!
