Adam and Nicole's house is wonderful! Great view, spacious, and so clean. We all felt very comfortable and cozy. Great amenities, and a nice deck that unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy because of the rainy weather! Still, we enjoyed our stay and didn't let the rain dampen our spirits. Hosts were both very responsive, no issues with check in. Highly recommend if you're looking for something off the beaten path and quiet, but close enough to restaurants and sight-seeing. Thumbs up for sure!

The 18th century farmhouse is tucked away on a dead end street, quiet and serene. Every morning and evening I expected to look out and see a moose coming up through the bog from across the street to no avail. I did see birds, especially woodpeckers on the feeders, chickens and a cow at the front door. Michael and Melissa were welcoming hosts, the house was well equipped from the kitchen necessities to the bounty of bath towels. The restoration of the home has been done with craftsman's hand with a modern feel. It has also been decorated for the farm house look. Someone loves games galore as I've never seen that many and type in one place before, family time? I did say chickens and Melissa left us a dozen of her fresh farm eggs to enjoy. Thanks. This place is beautiful! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. We loved it so much we can’t wait to go back in the winter. Everything you need was there. Everything was so clean, spotless. Loved the huge kitchen island. Great for a crowd to eat or play games. we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for a night. Thank you for hosting!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very quiet, beautiful light at dawn and dusk with open views. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is really easy to cook in. We felt right at home!

Loved our stay! Everything was cozy and easy; no issues at all. The heated bathroom floor ended up being one of our favorite parts (so nice!), and the whole place just felt super relaxing. My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

Katherine’s space was so cozy! It was exactly what I needed for a retreat from daily life. I found both the loft and the daybed very comfortable. There were dimmers on most of the light fixtures, which was important to me because I like low-light settings. The kitchen included a counter with stools and was really quite beautiful. This Airbnb was within walking distance to a local restaurant, the general store and a food co-op. I decided not to rent a car because I was there for R&R., however , if you had a car, just a few minutes outside of town you would see beautiful trees all with leaves in there spring splendor. You could get to Brattleboro in about 20 minutes if you’re looking for more choices of restaurants.. (I decided to take the train up so I took a taxi to the Airbnb from the train and back to the train at the end of my trip.). Although it rained most of the time I was there, it was perfect for my goal of R&R.

This is a nice cozy attic apartment inside of a residence. Steep staircase. No living room. Wonderful walking area beside a river. Close to Woodstock and Dartmouth. Gracious host. Temperature a little difficult to regulate. Recommend.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

Briana's place was such a welcome refuge after long days at the hospital. It was quiet, comfortable, and the kitchenette was great! She was very accommodating to an earlier check-in time and responsive to my messages. Very recommended !

Hilary’s place is the perfect place to relax or to stay with the intention of going on a hike to Mount Cardigan. It’s well equipped with everything you need for cooking, lounging and showering. And for those who don’t have dogs, don’t worry about cleanliness. I could roll around on those carpets. The bed is super soft. You sink right in. It was raining a lot the weekend I was there and I also had a zoom meeting for work so we didn’t go outside. WiFi was super fast. And honestly, it’s so cozy and clean in there, I was happy to stay in the whole weekend.

Natalia’s home was beautiful! We stayed for a winter ice fishing weekend with a few couples, including dogs and babies. The home was right on the ice, which was perfect for our purpose. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The living room seating was particularly great- everyone always had a comfy spot to sit. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderfully peaceful, tranquil setting on the lake, in the woods. Perfect for a quiet getaway to reflect and renew. Everything was exactly as described, and Laurel was a gracious and responsive host. The cabin was rustic yet newly refinished, very clean, well equipped. Enjoyed the screened in gazebo, loved sitting by the water as well, plus experiencing the lake in the canoe and kayak. Also enjoyed some great hiking and views at Mt Kearsarge which is less than 20 minutes away. And finally -- the sounds of the loons after sunset. Grateful for three days of renewal!

We had a great time at Molly's cabin. We were looking for a quiet stay and we had that. Lots of walking and hiking. The cabin was just as described snd Molly was a fantastic host. Thank you Molly!

Let me just say—this place is what you picture when you close your eyes during a hectic work week and dream of an escape. If the mountains are calling, and you long for wide-open space and serene beauty, this is exactly where you want to be. My husband and I stayed here while visiting Vermont for a wedding, and it was nothing short of perfect. The cabin was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, and nestled on a piece of land so stunning, it felt unreal. And while the setting was unforgettable, what truly set this stay apart were the hosts. David and Sondra are hands down the kindest, most accommodating hosts we’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly responsive, graciously flexible with our early arrival, and made us feel completely at home. This place feels like something out of a dream. Don’t second-guess it—book it.

honestly, the photos don't do it justice. it is a beautiful area and it's honestly bigger than it looks. it's in the perfect spot and is surrounded by activities let alone all the amenities the host has to offer. even when weather wasn't ideal, just staying in was still a nice retreat. they have a lot of board games and so many movies and the chromecast so we were able to use our favorite streaming services. this home has such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere / environment and honestly we were sad to go. we'd definitely be back if we choose to go to new hampshire again, forty minute drive to franconia, hour drive to mount washington, i mean it was perfect. there is nothing about where we stayed / what we did that i'd change. if you're going to new hampshire, seriously, consider staying here. it's gorgeous

This was our third stay at Denise's place on Lake Horace and it was wonderful once again! Check in is super easy, the place looks great with all the new improvements(we loved the coffee area), and Denise always responds quickly to any questions. The lake is beautiful, we had a nice swim, saw all three Loons (Larry, Lulu and Lester) on our paddle board adventure, and enjoyed cozy nights by the lake shore fire pit. Denise's place is a relaxing and refreshing getaway. We love this place and look forward to another Lake Horace visit soon!

This place was absolutely amazing – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly want for a perfect vacation. The fireplace, jacuzzi, spacious kitchen, bunk bed for kids, and outdoor games were all fantastic! The highlight is definitely the location, nestled near the beautiful White Mountains region. I’d love to come back, and next time, I’ll bring my family. This trip with friends was unforgettable!
