Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Beautiful home with an enchanting backyard. Very private. Stainless steel pan huge plus (I don’t cook with teflon). I felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect! I had my proposal on the patio there and the view was gorgeous. Jeffery was a fantastic host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place!

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

The Property is a bit up in the mountainous terrain of Malibu, but it's well worth the drive. There are so many acres to e4xplore and the views are breathtaking. The architecture is simplistic/organic, as if to fit in with the serene nature it resides. The landscaping is impeccable, so much that you'll want to spend most of your time outside. Mani was great to work with, but we didn't really have much of a need to contact him, other thaqn forgetting some medication at the prop0erty, which he kindly returned., Great stay, will go back.

The location and the surrounding areas are one of our personal favorites, so that added a lot to our stay. LA, other attractions, and things to do aren't that far away, yet the house provides a perfect sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle. The hosts are very responsive and their place is stocked with all the amenities that one could need. It's. . .a. . .beautiful. . . house, and the owners have made it even better. I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was absolutely fabulous even better than expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Carlos was a great host, responsive and helpful throughout. I was traveling internationally, so I appreciated how smooth and stress free everything was. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

I was quite impressed with the home. The home was as depicted, clean, comfortable and quite relaxing. Bedding is comfortable as well. The immediate area is quiet with an array of restaurants and shopping near by. Minutes from the expressway. Lisa is a wonderful host, professional yet personable. She left simple instructions and was available to respond to any concerns. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Highly recommend staying here if needing a long term rental. Great location.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

The place was so clean smelled awesome just a great place to stay! She thought of everything, noise machines , phone chargers made it easy to settle in. Great host ! very organized. It was a little confusing getting in but overall awesome!!

Tiffany’s place was a great choice for our LA stay. The home was exactly as described in the listing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the whole family had an enjoyable stay. She was super responsive and made many local recommandations.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

Finding a rental in this area of Los Angeles is very rare. It’s near where my daughter and her family live so we could walk there every day without having to hire an Uber or Lyft. Plus the area is quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Jesus’s home was very clean and updated with beautiful modern farm house touches! So much thoughtfulness went into their welcome basket, to baking supplies, fully stocked coffee bar, variety of fun complimentary snack cupboard, and lavender soaking tub supplies! Property was very private and quiet with lots of outdoor seating along with a big Santa Maria charcoal grill. Definitely would recommend 100%

What a cool place! Kagel Canyon is so close, yet feels world's away from the frantic pace of LA. The house is great - and you quickly get used to the canyon's winding roads to a parking spot right at the gate to the property. Host Vic is very responsive - when we had one issue the first evening, he was there in less than 10 minutes to correct it. He and his co-host are dedicated to making improvements to create a perfect guest experience - even brought over a new table & chairs for the patio while we were there. Kagel Canyon may be further away from downtown LA & Hollywood, but has a similar vibe to Laurel and Topanga canyons, legendary hangouts of the late 60's. Quirky and interesting homes amongst the giant trees - fun to stroll the streets even if there's alot of up and down hiking. Especially enjoyed hiking up the trail from nearby Veranda Dr. - 360° views down into the canyon and into the mountains. Very quickly felt at home - a perfect respite from a very busy city. 5 stars!

It was perfect, better than perfect: Top of line new Airstream ✅ Best sauna you’ll ever sit in ✅ Best hot tub ✅ Wood burning fire pit with proper seating ✅ Best Landscaping and well curated outside lighting ✅ coolest outdoor shower you’ll actually enjoy using ✅ every amenity (robes, slippers, easy to use coffee machine, audio, most comfortable patio seating ever, towels, blankets, huge fridge). It was magical. The host is soooooo responsive. We’re big coffee drinkers and we used all the instant cups for the maker so I mentioned it. We noticed a platter full of the coffee maker things (I don’t know what they’re called) placed by the front. It was like the coffee fairy payed us a visit. They asked if we needed anything after we checked in and before checking out. The bed was super comfy. I can go on.
