Holiday rentals with a patio in Rhode Island

This was our yearly annual Newport trip and even though the weather wasn’t great we had an amazing time! Jeff’s place had prime location so we were able to still explore and still be close by when it rained. We went to some of his restaurant suggestions and loved them! Would definitely stay here again it was a 10/10!! I highly recommend!

Great little place, walking distance to all the things in Warren. Comfortable bed and good amenities.

The location was quiet and private but had restaurants and coffees within 100 yards. Convenient and easy to navigate in and out of the city.

This place was gorgeous - right in the heart of downtown. Jay was also so responsive and such a great host! This airbnb made Newport an excellent trip. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband, daughter & I stayed for the weekend. I was surprised as to how accommodating Bobby was in terms of my daughter's dog. He also checked on us to make sure we had enough towels & such. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved Brenda's place. The location is perfect, walkable to downtown Main Street, where there are coffee cafes, restaurants, a liquor store, etc. This Airbnb has tons of charm and a lovely garden out back. We would stay here again when we come back to the Wakefield area. I can't forget to mention the 3 kitties that live on the property, they're adorable. We loved our 3-day stay - internet was fast, just in case you need to get work done.

This air bnb was perfect for our 2 night stay in Westerly. It was clean with clear instructions for anything you may need during the stay. There is a coffee shop for coffee and breakfast sandwiches extremely close. It is about a 10 minute walk from downtown Westerly with a number of restaurants and activities to do. There was convenient parking at the air bnb as well. I will definitely book again with Vanessa in the future.

Kerrie and Mark were perfect hosts. Gorgeous location, walk to beach and house was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The dock was fun for the kids. Pond is very shallow and our young kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding. We can’t wait to book again next year.

Gorgeous view, great location, clean, comfortable, I can’t say enough good things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We day-tripped to Boston and spent a lot of time in Newport, but we also LOVED the small town of Wickford that was close by. Lots of good restaurants. But I can honestly say I would have been content to just hang around the house and use the hot tub and kayaks. The back patio is incredible and the view is breathtaking. Get up and watch the sunrise over the water. You’ll thank me later. The place was only surpassed by the incredible hostess. Kelly was ultra-responsive, her restaurant recommendations were great, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Including borrowing her sister’s pack N play so we could have 2 since we had several young kids with us. She set us up with things we didn’t even think to ask for. You can tell she’s been a hostess for a while. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this beautiful property. Stunning home on the water. Everything we needed was there at the home. Home is pristine. The area was beautiful. Great walking areas and some great restaurants in the immediate area. Short drive to Newport or other surrounding areas. The host was excellent. There to answer any questions we had and never had to wait long for a response. Great stay!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Westerly, look no further! The home had all the amenities, and the dogs loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. The property was also close to downtown and the beaches in the area. We'll tell our friends about this place and gladly stay there again!

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Mehdi’s place in Cranston! Its close proximity to Providence (10min) was a great way for us to live in a more open and suburban area while being just a quick drive from the city. The home itself was very spacious and furnished nicely!

Absolutely perfect place! Bathroom and kitchen were so well renovated. Comfortable, yet clean and modern. Great location. Highly recommended!

This place was the perfect meet-in-middle place during our honeymoon. We started in Newport and finished in Block Island, but we needed a cool and cozy place where we could be absolutely at home while visiting family in the area and this was it. The house was really cool, with all its balconies and the loft style. The couches and big chair were so comfy. The bed was also the best bed we had slept in during our entire honeymoon as well. Jo Ann had also surprised us with a gifted champagne to celebrate and lots of delicious snacks. She was very responsive and welcoming. The home itself had lots of personality, including a lot of sweet family photos and charming knickknacks that made me smile. I highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on visiting again.

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

This place was fabulous! It was quaint, clean, and a perfect location for accessibility to all events during Brown University’s graduation. We enjoyed the lovely patio as well!

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!

A little difficult to find but great clean place.

I could have lived here in a dream world! What a perfect place full of charm, character, and all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and bath were pristine. The floors, the doors, the windows, the creaks, the history- perfection. Waleed was a great host and even accommodated a last minute early checkin request! Would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!
