Monthly Rentals in Newport

5/5 recommend. Very clean, quiet, safe, and nice. An issue I had was with the host making it effectively impossible for me to extend my stay after he had promised me to extend. So NEVER plan on extending your stay. He also would constantly threaten me with a $250 cleaning fee if I scratched the floor or didn't clean the toilet etc. I recommend just budgeting that money into your stay (even though you probably won't have to pay it) or else the constant threats will get on your nerves. But overall, a pleasant and nice stay, a good choice.

Loved this house! It was spotless! Place was perfect for our family of 6. We had everything we needed. Communication with host was easy. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back when we visit the area again!

Perfect location for visiting the Newport area. Walk-able to the Weis grocery store and the town center. Airbnb was as described in the listing.
