Beautiful well equipped annex attached to the owner's house in the lovely rural village of Castle Caereinion near Welshpool. The village has a pub, church and a small playground. The area is ideal for walkers, cyclists and anyone wanting some relaxation. It is local to many places of interest and about an hour from the coast. The upstairs living room can be accessed by stairlift and boasts uninterrupted views of the Welsh countryside.The owners are usually on site should you require anything.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home .A 2 minute walk from the train station and a short walk from the centre of Newtown itself. A great base to discover everything Mid Wales has to offer. On street parking is available and there is a car park to the rear offering 24 hour parking for a fee. The property is a 3 storey building with a bedroom on each floor, the living room, kitchen and bathroom are situated on the ground floor. Good views.

The Keep sits in a quiet corner of our beautiful little hillside. The space offers great facilities to make this a great base to adventure from. Use of hot tub is available with additional charge due to the increasing costs of energy. The pod is heated throughout, comfortably furnished living area with dining table, kitchenette with hob, microwave & fridge. A Separate bedroom & shower room. The Keep is on hillside so you need to be able to walk up to the pod from the parking area.

We have numerous walks on our doorstep, a 3 minute stroll to the River Severn and are a stone's throw from Llandinam Gravels Nature Reserve. We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. Relax and unwind in this tranquil setting.

With a king size bed, en-suite, a well equipped kitchen, heating, hot water,complementary tea & coffee, free parking and free sluggish WIFI (it will down load films and do messages but can be slow for work use) Self check in available for guests who wish to arrive late. Twlc Fach is a renovated detached former pig sty which acts as an annex to the main property. Consisting of a bright and airy kitchen/living area with a homely wood burner and under floor heating. The kitchen also includes an electric oven, grill and hob and fridge. The hallway leads to a bathroom with a separate shower and a double bedroom which includes fitted furniture.

We love to give you a warm 'perfick' welcome at Cwm Farm. We are situated on the Shropshire / Welsh border and run a smallholding. We keep a wonderful herd of pygmy goats and have three alpacas. You can sit out on the balcony, watching the sun set and enjoy watching them! Fresh eggs are readily available from our hens too.
