Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Niagara Falls

The house was actually better in person! It was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was clean and spacious. The view of the lake and outdoor areas were phenomenal. We enjoyed a breath taking sunset each evening. We would recommend this house to anyone & if we visit again, would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you for being such helpful and responsive hosts! We had the best time and made many family memories!

This was a lovely place to stay for the night while I attended an event in downtown Niagara Falls. The smell of the flowers in the garden walking up to the door was intoxicating! Very easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. A nice cozy spot with a ton of charm! Would stay again!

The house is great for families, we were confortable and had a good time there. The house is 10 min away from the Niagara falls state park we were able to come to the house rest and head out to the fireworks at night .

Wonderful to be close to the falls. Depressed area economically, but we brought food and cooked so didn’t go out at night except to walk over the Rainbow Bridge to see the falls lit up and fireworks (bring your passport). Loved the falls area and sights (of course), but also loved Oakwood Cemetery tours ( call the cemetery, Annette set up a time for us). Also Old Fort (learn some history) and short drive to Lockport to learn about Erie Canal.

Shawna was very nice and the house was beautiful! It was close to the falls and Shawna gave great recommendations! I would certainly recommend staying here!

Loved our stay in Lewiston, adorable older home but stocked with everything you need. we did take advantage of the air mattress and couch as well. everything was clean and comfortable. The back yard has a very nice sitting area and grill. Quiet neighborhood, we walked to local restaurants and seen Niagra Falls while we were here.

Stayed here for 2 nights with an infant, the place is very clean, exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings and safe, peaceful locality, thanks to fully loaded kitchen, we hardly ate outside :) Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Cute & Cozy. Anderson & the co manager were accessible & welcoming. Bed was comfortable, shower was great with good pressure, fast good heat , & the extra side jets were extra nice and soothing to are soar bodies after a long day. Good location close to falls and Niagara river. The little snacks , coffee , and drinks were very courteous. Great value stay definitely recommended. Thank you Anderson.

Really cute little home. Slept on the sofa bed which was extremely comfortable. The tv has lots of streaming platforms and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with necessities. There was also a dollar store and a shoppers down the street which was great for some late night snacks. Highly recommend TJ's place, we had a great stay!

Their house is in a great location. It's only a five-minute drive from Niagara Falls. We liked that we could park our car in the driveway instead of on the street. We were given the entire second floor of the house, and check-in was easy. As mentioned in other reviews, there were delicious bread and apples prepared as a welcome snack. Thanks to the hosts, our family was able to stay comfortably.

It was nice and clean small unit. Host Rachel was friendly and responsive and has provided clear instructions. It is nice place for a couple to stay for few days. Area is peaceful and just about 8-10 minute drive from Niagara Falls.

We had a great stay! The place was very close to Niagara Falls—just a short drive or even a reasonable walk away—which made it super convenient for sightseeing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Inside, the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge after a day of exploring. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Falls!

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. My wife and I stayed at The Eugene for a couple nights on our trip to Niagara Falls. This is a great little spot just outside of town. Close enough to be a 5 minute drive from the falls, but far enough to where you weren’t in the craziness of the downtown area.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.
