Bright, new 1-room apartment (non-smoking!) welcomes its guests with a lot of comfort. The main room has a sitting area, dining area, work area and a 140 cm wide bed. A small, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher invites you to cook. The bathroom, like the whole apartment, is completely new and modern. Parking (with 22 kW wallbox) in front of the house is easy and thanks to the ground-level access, the entire apartment is barrier-free.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Rheinhessen and is therefore a great starting point for both tourist and professional purposes. In the immediate vicinity are the city of Mainz (ZDF, Schott, Messe, Mainz05 Stadium...), Frankfurt Airport but also a variety of winemakers, ostrich farms and beautiful cycling and hiking trails. The apartment has a workplace, a newly renovated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and outdoor area.

Our lovingly furnished quiet 2-room apartment is 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area and a gas grill for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

Apartment in Harxheim/near Mainz

Kick back and relax in the small wine village of Harxheim. Our 2-room apartment is very quiet and is located in the basement of a detached house. The center of Mainz is about 10 km away. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom, living room with dining area and a bedroom. It was renovated in early 2024 and completely newly furnished. Pets are allowed by agreement and subsequent confirmation.

In the middle of Rheinhessen you will find our charming guest room (double or single room) with couch, armchair, large wardrobe. The adjoining hallway can also be used as a workplace. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is a fridge, coffee maker, hot water heater, dishwasher, stove, microwave and plenty of dishes. The daylight bathroom can be reached from your room, use only for you. Linens and towels are provided.

It is about 15 minutes by car or approx. 25 minutes by bus or train. The nearest bus stop (Nieder-Olm Selztalcenter) is minutes from your apartment. Frankfurt Airport is about 35 minutes by car, and ZDF is just under 10 km away.

Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment.
