A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of Villa Auguste, a building from 1890 and attracts not only with the 20 sqm covered evening sun terrace overlooking the Storchennest. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Unentgeltliche Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Haustüre, auf Anfrage könnt Ihr auch gegen Gebühr Euer Elektroauto bei uns laden (11 V) während Ihr Euch im Tinyhouse erholt. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
