Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

The house is in the local area of Niederbreitenbach, opposite Schönwörth Castle. The small apartment with separate entrance, private kitchen and bathroom is located in the lower part of a 300-year-old, lovingly renovated farmhouse and beautiful farm garden, using only natural materials such as wood, terracotta, etc. IMPORTANT: Per day and per person, the local tourist tax of Eur. 3.00 is payable on site NON-SMOKING APARTMENT, NO PETS
