Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock.

The house, which dates from the 70s, was completely modernized and renovated in 2020 with a lot of love and taste. Ladendorf is located in the heart of the wine district about 8 km from the district capital Mistelbach and about 35 km north of Vienna. The public transport connection is given by train via the S2 in(1 hr or 1/2 hr) or via the highway S5.
