It is therefore a perfect starting point for long walks, hikes, or bike rides along the Danube or into the mountains of the neighboring Bavarian Forest. The apartment is freshly renovated, with a new bathroom, new mattress, and practical furnishings.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
