The newly renovated 70 sqm first floor apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful terrace in a two-family house invites you to relax. The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

Equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cosy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels and shower towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.

In the midst of vineyards, just 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, Bodenheim is where you can relax in the peace of the countryside while still being just a few miles from the state capital of Mainz. You have a king-size box spring bed with 180x200cm, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate another two guests on a reclining area of 140x200cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.
