From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

Our quietly located accommodation in the basement with approx. 25 m² is equipped with modern furniture and a kitchen. A covered seating area with a grill is right in front of it. You can access the property through a separate entrance door. Nieste is a small community that invites you to relax with its diverse hiking trails (premium trails) and mountain bike trails. Hiking trails are within a 2-minute walking distance. Kassel city center can be reached in just 15 minutes.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Rural living in the countryside, ideal for active people

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and the latest technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

Bright 100 m² 3-room apartment

In the heart of Kaufungen, close to the train stop and just a 2-minute drive from the B7 is this 3-room apartment. It is located on the second floor and has a large spacious living room, dining area and a large kitchen. The beige bedroom has a 2 x 2 meter bed and another sofa bed for one person. The other room has a 1.80 x 2 m bed and a large desk. The large sofa can also be used as a bed for one person if necessary.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

We are a young family and offer you a lovingly furnished apartment in the district of Kassel – designed according to the motto "As for myself". The apartment includes a 20 m², partially covered terrace and a garden. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: from spices and board games to washing machines, fly screens and care products. Quietly located, the Documenta city of Kassel is about 15 minutes away.
