The Lake House is unique and soothing. Directly located on the Nieuwkoopse Plassen on 1500M2. Swim, fish, bike, walk and sail in the middle of the green heart between the four cities Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy living room. Adjacent is the wardrobe with toilet and stairs to the top. We had a wonderful night at Diane's place. The cottage is cozy and attractively decorated. It was clean and it is in a quiet area. We also sat in the lovely garden, which is only for guests. With a view of the meadows and the cows nearby. The communication with Diane went smoothly and Diane is a very friendly and welcoming host, who welcomed us and waved us goodbye. In short, I would definitely recommend this stay!

Renate's place was very nice and comfortable to stay. The place is bit far away from Amsterdam central but the public transportation make it easy. Renate 's husband received us. he is great old guy. Always responsive. we had a great chat with each other. we felt like home. we had lovely breakfast and conversation together during our stay. Moreover, his suggestions for our visit in Amsterdam was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

We spend the whole week in the apartment. First - Location. It's perfect! In the city center, close to main square, quiet, very nice & beautifull. Second - Apartment. Clean, functional, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice living room, everything works as it should. Very nice views from the apartment, although widows are not very big (attic). Top floor in a beautiful building (without elevator with quite steep stairs, but corridors and staircase are really nice). Very good relation of the price to the quality. Everything looks as on pictures. Highly recommended :)

One problem, it's quite dark. The lamps are all dim, and there's only one spot you can read a book, and I had to be careful of not banging the living room ceiling lamp with my head. The kitchen is poorly lit too. But everything else is great.

We had a wonderful time at Ine’s stay! The room was exactly as described. The surroundings is beautiful with water canals around for evening walks. It was just 26minutes drive to kuekenhof and if you are driving Amsterdam is 36mins. Ine's is very friendly and supportive. Responds to all queries. Places is immaculate surrounded with greenery! We definitely recommend the stay! And will try to comeback for sure!
